François Baranger (born September 28, 1970) is a French concept artist, illustrator, and writer who provided concept art for Heavy Rain. He has also provided concept art for a number of movies and other video games, including Arthur and the Invisibles (2006), G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (2009), Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time (2009), Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (2010), Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 (2011), and Beyond: Two Souls (2013).
