Joe's Garage and Parking Lot is a location in the city in which Heavy Rain takes place. It has at least three floors on which vehicles can be parked and serviced.

Ethan Mars visits the garage to complete his first trial and get some clues about Shaun's location. Roy, a mechanic who works at the garage, gives him the keys for a 1995 Pontiac Sunfire in exchange for the card from the Origami Killer's shoebox. The car comes with a GPS that will direct Ethan to the highway on which he must undertake the trial.

• According to the origami figure seen in "The Motel," Joe's Garage and Parking Lot is located at 4988 Roosevelt Avenue in Lexington. The address doesn't include a state or zip code, though it may refer to Line Lexington, an unincorporated community to the north of Philadelphia.
• The name might be a reference to Joe's Garage, a 1979 rock opera by Frank Zappa.
