The Mars residence is a location in which Heavy Rain takes place. It is the first area seen in the game and the first home of Ethan Mars.

It is apparently located in a suburban area where it never rains. "A Drop of Water" reveals that this area is not part of the City.

Its first and only appearance is at the very beginning of the game when Ethan and the rest of his family are celebrating his son's birthday party. After Jason's death, Ethan and his wife separate, and Ethan is forced to move into a duplex.
