Roy is a minor character in Heavy Rain. He works as a mechanic at Joe's Garage and Parking Lot.
Ethan Mars sees Roy tuning up a van when he arrives at the garage to pick up the car he needs to complete his first trial. Ethan shows him the card that came with the Origami Killer's shoebox, and Roy gives him the keys and tells him to take the service elevator to the third floor down to find the car. He makes no further appearances throughout the game.
