Tony is a minor antagonist in Heavy Rain. He works as a bodyguard for the Kramer family.
Tony is first seen guarding a staircase with Zoran during a party at the Kramer mansion. Scott Shelby must get past them to find Gordi Kramer, and fight the bodyguards when Gordi orders them to attack him. Later, Charles Kramer brings both bodyguards with him to Scott Shelby's apartment, where Tony holds Shelby at gunpoint and knocks him unconscious so that he and his partner Lauren Winter can be drowned.

- The gun Tony uses is a Beretta M9.
- Although Tony appears in fewer chapters than Zoran does, he has more dialogue - aside from the two lines he speaks if Lauren fakes a drug overdose in "Kramer's Party," Zoran's only dialogue consists of grunts and groans.
- Tony is just under 6' 4½" (1.94 m) tall.[1] This makes him the tallest character in the game.
- Strangely, Tony does not appear in "Face to Face." Thus he survives Shelby's assault on Kramer's mansion.
